February 2025This is a home/property that looks like it's pictures 100%. Extremely responsive and accommodating hosts! Great home, property, furniture, layout, and very peaceful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet over the Valentine's weekend. Saw lots of deer, played some shuffleboard, and enjoyed snow flurries Saturday evening with the fireplace going.

May 2025Before leaving for vacation Julie reached out to make sure there wasn’t anything extra we needed, early check in was available with a fee which was perfect for us. Checkin was extremely easy. We were asked about our check in and our first nights sleep. Reminded if we need anything to ask. Very responsive. Hillside Ranch is beautiful. The home is very clean & welcoming! The walk out basement has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, sitting area and wet bar. If a person has a problem with stairs the basement is not ideal. The main floor has the master bedroom and bath! The kitchen has just about anything you need. There are stairs in the garage that lead to the main floor. But was manageable for our needs. The roads leading to the ranch are dirt roads and there is so much wildlife you can see. Pikes Peak view from the balcony is amazing. There is so much you can do and see within an hour of the ranch. This property is worth the money and the drive. Just amazing.

May 2025Beautiful, clean home with stunning mountain views and surrounded by the natural beauty of Colorado. The layout was spacious and well thought out, with super comfortable beds. A peaceful and relaxing getaway—we’d definitely stay here again!
