May 2025I don’t typically leave reviews, but this place stood out from the typical Airbnb. It was well furnished, very comfortable sleeping and felt like a home rather than a rental that was staged. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were high quality. Out the back door were lovely views and a private, comfortable space to eat, hot tub or relax. The location is close to the university and a quick drive to Garden of the Gods or downtown. The hosts were very responsive and left us several goodies to enjoy. We would definitely come back!!

June 2025We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home—Aspen+Pine! We had a wonderful 5-night stay and were incredibly impressed from start to finish. The hosts, Paul & Andrea added many personal touches that made our stay even more special. They, along with Mason from Peak Hospitality, were warm, communicative, and truly made us feel like we were staying in a friend’s home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, serving pieces, and even items for young children. The bedrooms were comfortable and perfectly arranged for our family. The hosts went above and beyond by providing extras that were perfect for our 18-month-old grandson and 5½-year-old granddaughter, including a porta-crib, booster high chair, toys, books, and a fun outdoor swing set! This home was the ideal setting for a memorable family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Thank you for a wonderful time—we will definitely be back! The Fagan Family
