Escape to Cozy Pines Cabin in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains. This dog friendly cabin boasts all the comforts of home including private hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. All this within minutes of world class fishing, hiking, riding trails, Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil National Monument, and the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center. Guests are greeted by the whispering pines dancing in the breeze on the elevated covered porch. This space is ideal for watching wildlife or enjoying the scenic view surrounded by the majestic pine trees. The porch is equipped with a dining space and a charcoal BBQ grill for enjoying the great outdoors. There is a large patio with space for a competitive corn hole game or relaxing after a long day of adventuring in the hot tub. The main level features an open floor plan with mountain decor and a wood burning fireplace. The dining area features a bar height table that allows for bird watching out the large window and connects to the modern well-quipped kitchen. This floor also features a large bedroom with queen bed and a dedicated workspace and a full bathroom. The open wood staircase leads to a loft style bedroom overlooking the living area with a queen bed and two single beds along with an additional half bath. Property also features a dog run in the side yard with plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors. Charcoal grill provided-but will need to supply your own charcoal/fluid. Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. Technician will only need access to the hot tub area. Streaming services are available with guests accounts. Parking: There is free parking for up to 4 vehicles. AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity. Rules, Fees and Policies: 📷 Security Camera For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us. 🚙 ATV/UTV Policy Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails. 🚭 No Smoking Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors. ⏰ Checkout Time Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests. 🎉 No Parties or Events To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property. 👥 Guest Count The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time. 🔇 Quiet Hours Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors! 🔒 Firearms Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve. 📦 No Mail or Packages We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store. 🏢 No Commercial Use This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval. ⌚Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Available at $35/hour (must be pre-approved & paid in advance). 🛒Grocery Delivery Service available for $125. Expecting to arrive late and don’t have time to stop at the grocery store? We got you! 🐶 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee. July 2023This cabin was an ideally located place for our trip. Easy drive to Pikes Peak, Historic Leadville, Royal Gorge Canyon, and a close drive to prime Fly Fishing. A great place to get away from city life and enjoy nature.

Lovely location the house was stocked with necessary supplies, several instructions everywhere for different items. Plenty of games and activities for my kids. We will be returning.
