This luxury 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home comfortably sleeps 12 with 3 ensuites on the upper two floors.  The lower level is ideal for the kids with its own bunk room, double twin beds, a full bath, and huge family room with multiple areas for fun and games.  
As soon as you enter this magnificently built home you will be in awe of the breathtaking views of Pike’s Peak.  The open floorplan on the main floor features a massive great room with a floor to ceiling stone stacked fireplace, a full sized chef’s kitchen with high end appliances, and a dining area all open to the oversized windows with a view that will take your breath away.  This area leads to the large deck with gas grill, outdoor dining, and custom Colorado chairs overlooking the aspen groves.  The main floor also features a stunning master bedroom with king bed and a luxury ensuite bathroom.  A full laundry is located off the kitchen as well as a half bath near the main entrance.
The open staircase leads to a cozy sitting area for another gathering space overlooking the great room.  Each ensuite bedroom on either side of the sitting area offers its own privacy and includes french door balconies with mountain views.   The sofa in the sitting room is a queen sleeper sofa if additional sleeping area is needed.
The lower level of this home is perfect for the younger members of your party.  There are ample beds with a bunk room and an another bedroom with two twin beds.  This floor boasts a huge family room with multiple areas for games and room to play for both the adults and kids alike.  This floor also has its own full bathroom with double sinks and an outdoor gathering space on the patio.

Guests have access to all three levels of the home.  The garage is locked and not availible for guest use as it is utlized for storage.

We offer our guests privacy but are available to them if needed.

This mountain community has beautiful cabins and mountain homes scattered throughout with large lot sizes and beautiful views.

The cabin is open and accessible year round and are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
The roads are well kept by the county.  If it snows more than a few inches we have our driveway plowed for guests.  There is a pull in carport for guests to drive to the main door.  (garage not accessible for guests)
AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation.  Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity.
Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available.  Please be advised there is a fee of $50 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs.  Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.

Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Violation of pet or smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning
Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half hour increment.
