June 2025Very nice, and peacefull. Very quick communication from the host. The host and staff do a great job. It was really clean with great amenities. Central heat with no air conditioning, but the climate is very nice and room comfort was very easy to adjust by opening / closing the windows. If it's a warm day when you check in it might be warm inside with all the windows closed. Looking at the thermostat will make you think there is A/C but there isn't. Just opening the windows cools it off quck, and after sunset it gets very chilly. Beware of the street signs! Especially if it is dark.. They are marked badly. Between the signs and Google's navigation you will think you're on the wrong track. The instructions would be correct if the street signs were proper. Just rest assured that if you take the first right and second right and continue, you will see that you are in fact still on Trout Haven RD. even if the signs make it look otherwise. I would stay again and I recommend it.

July 2025The host was very accommodating with great communication. Pictures as described, and the house was spotless. The bedrooms upstairs have opening which may not provide as much privacy for a larger group, but it’s nothing a portable sound machine can’t remedy. We also appreciated that the check out process was easy and did not include a lengthy list of tasks to complete.
