Welcome to Owl's Nest at Mary’s Lake (22A formally known as Ouzel Peak)– your cozy perch in the heart of Estes Park! Nestled in one of the area’s most scenic locations, this beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning views, a spacious open layout, and direct access to all the mountain adventures your heart desires. Begin your mornings with coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over Marys Lake, and end your days stargazing under Colorado’s crystal-clear skies!

The Space
After a day exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up by the gas fireplace and unwind with a good book or movie. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals at home, while the private deck offers the perfect setting for dining with a view or sipping wine as the sun sets behind the peaks.

Just minutes from downtown Estes and the park entrance, Owl’s Nest is perfectly situated for both adventure and relaxation. Whether you're hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, or simply taking in the mountain air, this serene condo is a great fit for families or two couples traveling together.

You’ll love the soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and thoughtful design throughout. The living area features a smart TV, fireplace, and seating for five. Both bedrooms are master suites with luxurious king and queen beds and full private bathrooms—one with a jetted tub and double sinks, the other with a large walk in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements include a living room sofa that has a queen sized pull-out mattress, accommodating up to 6 guests max.

Step onto your private balcony to enjoy the mountain views and take in the fresh mountain air.  

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo. The unit is stair-free and has a few stairs to get the the front door.

 Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.
🐾 No Pets
 We love animals, but this home is pet-free. Unauthorized pets may result in a deep cleaning fee to maintain our allergy-friendly space.
🚭 No Smoking
 Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.
⏰ Checkout Time
 Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
 To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count
 The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔇 Quiet Hours
 Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors!
🔒 Firearms
 Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve. 
📦 No Mail or Packages
 We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store.

 This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
🔧 Amenity Malfunctions & Refunds
While we strive to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, please note that certain amenities—such as community hot tubs, pools, or fire pits —are managed by the HOA and are outside of our direct control. Occasional malfunctions may occur and refunds for broken or unavailable amenities are not offered, but we will report the issue promptly and do everything we can to assist in getting it resolved. Your comfort is important to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding!

Beautiful location—perfectly situated close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park access, yet just far enough from the crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. We stayed at Owl’s Nest for a week while working remotely and had a fantastic experience. The internet connection was excellent, and the space was beautifully set up for remote work—comfortable and spacious enough for two people to work without any issues. The hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible, making communication easy and stress-free. We had no problems during our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

As a long time Colorado visitor, this was by far the cleanest cabin I've stayed at. It was spotless, well equipped and came with a million dollar view off the deck. The cabin is conveniently located just outside of town allowing for nice relaxation after hiking, again with a million dollar view of the mountains. I highly recommend this cabin.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed Owls Nest. The host prioritized the cleaning so we could check in early. They messaged me after the first night to see if we slept well and were comfortable. I mentioned the beds were more firm than I prefer and within a few hours two new memory foam toppers were delivered to the door. We slept so well after that. The home was very clean, towel and bedding were soft and high quality. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the windows and balcony are absolutely unreal. The photos do not do not do them justice. Half of our vacation photo will be from the balcony. Sitting on the couch, eating at the table, cooking in the kitchen, just blown away by how gorgeous it is. It was very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t hear neighbors at all. The location was so close to downtown and RMNP. I highly recommend the Owls Nest.
