In our bright, and peaceful townhome, you can sit on the lanai and gaze at the clear blue sparkling ocean or equally marvel at the majestic mountains of Kauai’s North Shore. It’s the perfect place to watch sunsets evening after evening, hence the name Sunset Paradise Villa. We have been blessed to wake up to bird song and rainbows, watch spectacular Bali Hai sunsets and take early morning strolls for many memorable years. Enjoy morning walks to the Point, or to the Princeville lookout, where from December to May you will be able to whale watch. Then when you turn back you will marvel at the mountain views and the majesty of Kauai’s north shore scenery. The moment you walk through the door you will feel right at home in our comfortable and cool Sunset Paradise Villa. The spacious two story great room provides a bright and open air feeling. It is open to the kitchen, dining, and wet bar areas. This floorplan allows family and friends to gather and spend quality time while enjoying the spectacular views of the Makai golf course and sparkling ocean, and glorious Hawaiian trade winds. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has ample prep space to prepare family meals. The chef will appreciate the modern stainless steel appliances including double oven, granite countertops, and openness of the kitchen while prepping meals after a day of adventuring. The large sectional couch and six person dining area will be an ideal spot to gather. Guests will find themselves in awe of the sunsets while lounging in the hammock or outdoor seating on the main lanai. Guests are welcome to use the supplied beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and beach games, and strum the Ukulele. The downstairs bedroom with private lanai offers two single beds, which is an ideal space for kids or can be converted to a california king if needed for an additional couple. The large bathroom on this floor features double sinks, modern tile, and a large shower with soaking tub. This bedroom also features a dedicated workspace and high speed internet. The upstairs bedroom features a large balcony overlooking the great room, has a King bed, open workout space with free weights and a queen Murphy bed for extra guests, a modern full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private lanai overlooking the fragrant Puakenikeni tree. Our ideal location offers many attractions including walks to Anini beach, dining at Nanea restaurant, and treats at the coffee shop and market. The main Princeville shopping center is just a short stroll away. Don’t forget to make reservations at Bali Hai Restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort for the best scenery while dining. Fabled Hanalei Bay is a five minute drive. No wonder so many songs have been written about Hanalei Bay with its awe inspiring views. Hanalei Town is one of the most authentic on the island. In Hanalei you will find fine boutique shops, cafes, and fine dining, plus the iconic Hawaiian green church. We know you will love your stay here. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $50 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints. Violation of pet or smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half hour increment
Absolutely stunning! The Villa was conveniently located near attractions but very peaceful and quiet. We were able to sit on lanai or lounge in the hammock and gaze at the ocean or view beautiful rainbows and sunsets at our leisure. The unit itself had parking nearby, detailed directions, pool, easy check in, and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was located near the top beaches on Kauai! There was a coffee shop and nice restaurant that were walkable. Grocery store and ice cream shop around the corner and golf course views overlooking ocean. We enjoyed morning walks for coffee and our evening walks to enjoy the sunsets! Farmers market on Saturdays and make sure you go to a Luau. I highly recommend staying here!

I was a bit nervous since this place had little reviews. But do not hesitate! Place was clean, kitchen well stocked, & view fabulous. The little touches were noticed with Hawaiian coffee provided as well as a fresh pineapple. Andrea responded quickly when we had a question.

August 2023The condo in Princeville was perfect for my week long getaway. The space was very bright with natural light and adequately furnished without feeling cluttered. The kitchen was very well equipped. I appreciated the glass food storage containers for leftovers when I cooked meals at the condo. The property is professionally managed however the small personal touches and details (coffee, pineapple, makeup washcloth, etc.) were nice and made the space feel comfortable and inviting. It was also super helpful to have beach chairs, towels, and coolers available as well. The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to the farmers market, the shopping center, and most importantly - to the beach. Princeville is a densely populated area however the condo was relatively quiet and very peaceful. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this condo!
